5. Custom Bat Orders

Custom bat orders are subject to special terms:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Custom bats are non-refundable unless defective
• Production time is typically 2-4 weeks
• Minor variations in final product may occur due to natural wood grain

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway. We accept credit card, debit card, instant EFT, and other methods supported by PayFast. By submitting payment, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The billing information provided is accurate
• You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier delays or errors
• Incorrect shipping information provided by you
• Events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.)

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
