Shipping Information
Delivery Times
- Major Cities: 2-3 business days
- Other Areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Custom Bat Orders
Custom bats take 2-4 weeks to manufacture before shipping. You will receive updates at each stage of production.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa. International shipping coming soon. Contact us for special arrangements.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Tags and labels must still be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built cricket bats (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label provided (for faulty items) or ship at your expense.
Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
